All data were processed as Boolean maps before conducting an MCE analysis. Model "Distance" were applied to all Boolean maps in order to apply a value that is comparable throughout all factors.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Once the distance is calculated for all factors, all data were set for MCE analysis, and least-cost pathway analysis.
